3 Design Credits can cover most design needs for simple, layout-type of work for up to 4 unique sides or more complex design for smaller orders. This can cover most orders for 10ft. kits, a single, 20ft. backdrop or smaller.

We will send a first draft within 2-business days, after the order is placed, and the design essentials + general instructions or guidance have been received by the Designer assigned to the order. Please expect at least 5-business days for Design Service turnaround, depending on the complexity or scope of work, order size, and response times.

Please understand, Design Services are not tangible products but time and performance commitments by our designers. Design Service charges are non-refundable and are valid for up to 5 years.
