    incompetency

Ordered two of these banners for a show. Got a tracking number and thought everything was good. Come to find out that they only sent the stand and didn't even start printing the artwork. Called up the service and they said I didn't turn in any artwork. I told them I did and they had to double check again. When they did find it they did say that they were going to print it right away, but didn't offer to next day ship it. I also didn't get tracking info for this shipment. Highly doubt that we will be using this service again.

    Sturdy

I opted for this stand instead of the roll up because the base looked very sturdy to me. It works very great when it is outside and the wind doesn't knock it down whatsoever.
